Increasing experience in sales and direction of managers had me traveling the globe developing business territories for Steelcase - from North America to the Middle East and back.

It is an employee training tool based on understanding of self, of clients and team members which leads to increased productivity. It transcends language and culture, and is therefore truly universal.
